Exclusively obtained from certified organic olive groves. Olive harvest in green and using a cold oil extraction process.  ​ ​ ​

Ample intensity of green fruitiness, with notes of fresh herbs, with hints of peach, fig tree and tomato.. On the palate presents a distinct bitterness and medium pungency, with a long lasting aftertaste of green leaves.

Picual Olive is suitable for cooking, as picual olive is stable at high temperatures.

The richness of its flavour makes it perfect for salads and dressings too.
