Our core focuses on Japanese Ingredients and as you may know, Japan emphasizes the importance of using ingredients based on the season. With the ever changing seasons we here at Mochiya can curate a private tasting menu that best showcases only the freshest produce of the highest quality.

Aside from private bookings we host regular events such as sake tasting, cheese tasting, caviar tasting and even a Premium Chilled Date Maguro tasting and learning sessions perfect for a fun and interactive activity.
